Short biography
I am the Co-founder, food safety and quality consultant, auditor and trainer of BYSCON Consultancy. I am also a freelance consultant and trainer with leading international entities where I have consulted and trained various firms and companies.
I hold a master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK).
I am an approved auditor from the International Register for Certificated Auditors (IRCA) auditor, also a Lead Instructor for FSPCA -Preventive Control for Human Food. I have consulted, audited, trained and provided HACCP, ISO and GFSI systems and schemes certifications to numerous national and international establishments.
