Coronavirus update

Please be advised that as of 17 March the CQI will be operating remotely. Our offices will be closed until further notice but it is business as usual and we aim to maintain the services of the CQI throughout this period. 

Although we are accessible via phone please email where possible.

Not signed in recently?

In September 2019 we updated the Members’ Area, password security was increased, and all passwords now need to be a minimum of seven alphanumeric characters. If your password does not meet this requirement, please use the ‘Forgot password?’ link to change it.

Forgotten your password?

Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link below the sign in button. You will be asked to enter your account username and if it matches an account on our system you will be sent an email allowing you to reset your password.

Forgotten your username?

Click on the ‘Forgot username?’ link below the sign in button. You will be asked to enter your email address and if it matches the information on our system you will be sent an email with your username.

Locked your account?

If you enter your sign in details incorrectly three times, your account will be locked, and the forgotten username/password links will not work. Please wait 30 minutes for your account to reset, you will then be able to try again or use the forgot username/password link. If you still experience problems, please contact membership@quality.org and one of the team will be happy to help you.
