First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to review my biography.
In the course of my 20 years of working in the industry, I have developed into a driven team manager, articulate and competent. With the ability to perform and deliver under the pressure of the cross-functional roles and diversified responsibilities.
As an individual who is competent in the areas of Quality Management. Plays an active role as a Lean Navigator in applying Lean philosophy with Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Six Sigma (DMAIC), A3, X-Matrix, Poka Yoke, 6S, Last Planner System (LPS) to eliminate waste and to create value from the customer’s perspective.
I am also a certified auditors registered under the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA), UK and Professional Evaluation & Certification Board (PECB), US.
As a Practitioner of Chartered Quality Institute (PCQI), UK, I am actively striving my role in upholding our quality and standards in the industry. I am also a Member of Institute Quality Malaysia (MIQM) and thereby recognized as a Life Member in the Institution (LMIQM) |
